Immunity Justifies Violence According to Formal Logic

Formal logic has no exception or inaccuracy. It has more certainty than the laws of physics. The contrapositive of a true assertion is always true. All bats are mammals (A then B.) is true. This animal is not a mammal. It cannot be a bat (Not B then not A.) must be true.

Criminal or tort liability is a substitute for violence, endless cycles of revenge (A then B is true.). The latter are a serious threat to economic productivity and success of a culture.

Then legal immunity is a justification for violence (Not B, then not A, the contra-positive, is true.).

Here is a list of groups with absolute or virtually absolute legal immunity.

Judges.

Legislators.

Lawyers (their immunity is self dealt, and not in law).

Journalists (from the Free Press Clause).

Sovereign (because the Sovereign speaks with the voice of God, a delusional idea).
