The Remedy for Physician Burnout is not Therapy. Are You Kidding Me?

Therapy and medications are for mental disorders. By definition, they are not caused by events, excet in the same way stress worsens all medical conditions. When a real stress happens, the remedy is not treating the victim. It is actions to fix the stress. How about starting some real resistance to counter burnout? Do not count on organized medicine, a wholly owned susidiary of the Deep State. Doctors are all on their own, in defending clinical care.

Remember when you broke a rule in school and were made to write, you will not do so, 250 times? That was a form of corporal punishment and physical abuse. MD's should be litigating their being physically abused by forced typing. No typing should be allowed when a video recording of an encounter is 100 times more effective. Then go after the lawyer profession for their frivolous but ruinous litigation. Include the accomplice judges allowing frivolous lawsuits, which are the majority of them. Challenge regulators and reviewers for the quackery of their unproven rules. Let others burnout dealing with the medical profession, and not the doctors. Deter them.

The idea of burnout is simple. When you get rid of a doctor, the payer saves $5 million a year in health care costs. The case not being made is that each doctor restores 70% of patients to health and function worth $100 million a year to the economy and to the tax base. That is the pure cash value. It puts no value on the suffering alleviated.

Lawyer Profession Myths and Intentional Falsehoods

 Adversarial System is a good way to find the truth. It originated in the Disputation Method of Scholasticism. It was cool in 1275 AD. Today it is ridiculously invalid. It is a joke given modern knowledge. It lacks even the most basic measurement of validity. The disputation method  is a Catholic Church methodology.  Its content violates  the Establishment Clause. Scholasticism was an attempt to prove the existence of God through the study of nature. That aim was given up in 1300, when Occam debunked it. Faith validates the existence of God. The adversarial method becomes a competitive game, like basketball. It depends on the skill of the lawyer on each side. That skill easily overwhelms the facts and promotes the reliance on procedure. It does guarantee nice incomes for 3 lawyers, the plaintiff, the defense, and the judge in the middle. 

The jury is a good lie detector. The jury is a detector of likability and of feelings. Even lie detectors measuring physiological reactions to lying have been banned. They have no validity except for entertainment purposes, like on the Maury Show. The feelings of jurors, who know nothing about complicated technical subjects, will decide based on feelings, like pity for the plaintiff.  The jury was a great advance in the year 1000 AD. It replaced the wisdom of the crowd for the feelings, biases, and self interests of the judge.

Another Attack on the Family by the Lawyer Profession

Judges Triply Oppressed by the Criminal Cult Enterprise

I have argued that the nation is totally oppressed by the criminal Cult enterprise that is the lawyer profession. The hierarchy of this criminal gang must be arrested, tried for insurrection against the constitution, and executed, if the nation is to be saved.

I have agued that lawyers are doubly oppressed compared to the public, and that judges are triply oppressed. The correct response would have been to send the judge a bill for the real cost of the card holders. That $30 price is false. More like $5 is correct. 

The Decarceration Game

The decarceration movement will continue. It will have liberal and conservative supporters among the lawyer profession. Each side will use its own pretextual justifications. The left will hold the vicious black thug as a victim of racism. This plan is exemplified by collaborator to the white lawyer establishment overlord, and pro-criminal advocate, Michelle Alexander, author of the New Jim Crow. She is a colleague to Prof. Berman. The right wing lawyer will falsely claim smaller government, and saving money on prisons. Both will really be promoting more lawyer employment and rent seeking.

The result is already evident. The murder of minorities has increased. The increase is great enough that it may become an effective, efficient and rapid alternative to the defunct death penalty. One problem is that the death penalty will also apply to little girls skipping rope in front of their homes, as the vicious clients of the lawyer drive by.

One response will be to hire more police, and it goes without saying, far more lawyers. This will cancel the savings from closing prison beds. So the growth of government will still be promoted by that back door. It will transfer tax money from rural prisons to urban police and lawyer institutions.

Coincidentally, the agents of the prosecution, the police, have also been fettered by the Ferguson Effect and by Draconian federal, Obama DOJ, consent decrees. Other departments see that, and will fall in line without prosecution or litigation. So, the growth in their numbers will be a sham exhibition of false piety by the lawyer. The greater number of police will consume the tax savings of decarceration, as will the greater employment of lawyers on both sides. These fettered officials will lean back, and watch minority victims get murdered by the client of the lawyer profession. The black crime victims lose. The white tax payers lose. This is a perfect arrangement for the lawyer profession.

The murder solution rate is now 60% in the country. It is 30% in Chicago. It is 0% in Honduras. Each has a murder rate an order of magnitude greater than the last. Each is more procedure saturated and overlawyered than the last. Each is also more decarcerated than the last, of course.

At some point, the public will understand this game. The latter is not a prediction for 2017. It is a prediction for 2027.

A Potential Solution to the Problem of the Unemployability of People with a Felony Conviction, or Even Those with a Misdemeanor Conviction

In Pennsylvania, one may deny a job if the felony conviction is relevant to the job. A pedophile may may be denied a job in a daycare center, but may work as a cashier. A thief may be denied a job as a cashier, but may work in a day care.

It never works out that way. And no felon has challenged the denial of a job not related to the conviction. Thank the lawyer profession for the unemployability of former felons. Employers are not willing to risk litigation for negligent hiring, should the worker commit a tort. The lawyer profession must be crushed if this problem is to be solved. Naturally, this burden falls heaviest on black people.
