Trump Assassination Attempt - Hard to Believe It Was Only Enabled by Incompetence or by DEI Leadership

 The elite deride conspiracy theories. The best explanation for government mishaps is the convergence of multiple mistakes by lazy and incompetent dunderheads. This one goes too far. 

The shooter is a  nerd who learned shooting at a gun club.  This kid did a commercial for Black Rock, the investment firm for many government pension plans. He contributed to a far left attack group. Just before the shooting, he registers as a Republican. He gets to the roof of a building 130 yards from the President. It had not been occupied by police as other roofs around had. Many people scream at the police that a shooter is on that roof. A police sees him turn the gun and ducks, but does not come back. The police snipers allow 7 shots to be fired, then shoot him in the head. That way, he cannot be interrogated. The shooter had a skilled, well aimed head shot until Trump turned his head, like a good military sniper. He calculated windage and elevation, as John Wayne advised in a movie. 

The FBI and the Secret Service are Democrat storm troopers. They serve to imtimidate grandmothers praying at abortion clinics, and parents objecting to schools transitioning kids to another sex without consent. They spend $hundreds of millions hounding and harassing the political opponent of Biden. They used  the playbook of the Stasi of Putin. All must be fired and replaced by real police officers. A special prosecutor should be approved by Congress, and prosecute any conspirators to the limit of the law. That includes Biden, who may have known of, and permitted this conspiracy by failing to stop it. 

If Clinton were President would the convictions of Manafort and of Cohen have happened? No.

That makes them pretextual (false use of law) and retaliatory. That makes them violations of Fifth Amendment procedural due process rights and reversible error for appellate court purposes. Cohen likely agreed to not appeal his conviction as standard in a plea agreement. Manafort should ask his current judge, not just to throw out the convictions, but to have the prosecutors pay all his legal costs. Such a sanction should come from their personal assets, and not from government funds.

The prosecutors are unethical, partisan political attack dogs. They are engaging in lawfare against the decision of the real Americans who elected the President.

Putin engages in lawfare. Every successful business is investigated for violations of law and of regulation. If you want to stay out of Russian prison, you give Putin half the business. That method has made Putin the richest man in the world, far richer than Bezos. Putin owns half the major businesses of Russia by his lawfare methods.

We should stop lawfare in the US, and actually criminalize it. Laws are need to have the Manafort and Cohen prosecutors end up in federal prison.

You may say, how is that legal. In 1827, the Supreme Court ruled, no accusation was being made against the person, with his Fifth Amendment due process right, but against the thing, with no protection.

I think they do better under Democratic Party administrations. To use one example. The rules designed to prevent a mortgage crisis drove all small and medium banks out of the mortgage market. The cost of regulatory compliance made loans unprofitable. That left the mortgage market entirely to the huge banks. Billionaires love big government, and its protection of their monopoly status.

In the case of the internet billionaires, they have no competition. They have legal immunity. They exploit public infrastructure, including cheap postal services. Guy wants to renegotiate, they want him dead and gone.

Trump has narrow knowledge of NY real estate. He has no deep knowledge of this exploitation. Yet, he is such a threat, they want him impeached, at any cost. The real Americans that put him in office know better. They feel the weight of government oppression every day, every way they turn.

If Trump fails, these billionaires should think about the guy the real Americans are going to put in the White House after him.
