PC is Denial

Banned from Facebook again for suggesting the protesters at the Kavanaugh Senate hearing should be tasered. So, I will have a lot more time for these messages for 4 weeks. I can speak with authority on this Honor Society, as someone who barely passed med school, and did the absolute minimum. 

A denier has an agenda. Argument with fact and logic has no influence, because they do not argue in good faith. Only an ass kicking remains. All deniers are anti-Israel, as well, including denier Jews. 

Because there are millions of such asses to kick, the better remedy is the attack on government support. These schools are privileged with tax exemption, tax free grants, and other privileges. These privileges are for the purpose of education. In education, all aspects of a subject are presented. If one side of a subject is allowed, that is called indoctrination. All government privileges and support should end until education is restored, and racial discrimination against Asians is stopped. I would like to see the Trump IRS end the tax exemption of this medical school, and immediately stop all federal grant payments. The government should not be subsidizing indoctrination and discrimination. 

In reality, this is a nativist attacks on Asians, and discriminatory. As I recall, from a medical school graduation, the awards went to a lot dark skinned Asians. You could get half the class to turn to you by yelling, Dr. Patel. As an alum parent, I was seated on the stage. I turned to the high official next to me, and said, "Finally. A white guy." He did not find me funny. 

Mt Sinai is the school of the German Jews. Einstein is the school of the Russian Jews. It was started because the German Jews have a superiority complex. They need to be taken down a notch by their neighbor, down Fifth Avenue, Donald Trump.

Objectively, the US military is just about the worst in the world. They took our $trillions, and have been chased out of a half dozen countries by Stone Age savages with $50 weapons.

This failure is 100% the fault of the lawyer profession. I consider the embedded lawyers in the military, these ccommissars of political correctness, cancelling orders from the tactical unit level to the orders of 4 Stars, to be traitors. They need to be named, arrested, given a short trial, and executed in the courthouse basement, on reading of the verdict of treason.

Left Wing, Political Correctness to Insult the Memory of Thomas Jefferson, at the Jefferson Memorial

Jefferson, was a member of the Democratic Party,  the party of slavery. They will insult his memory, applying modern standards of decency against someone who lived 200 years ago.

Question. Will they include the fact that, upon stepping foot on French soil, Sally Hemmings and her entire family, 6 children, brother, and all other slaves, became free people. Jefferson sent one slave, James Hemings,  to French cooking school. He became a French wine expert. The children learned French.

Jefferson was sent to France as ambassador (1784-1789), to get rid of him during the Constitutional Convention, to be run by James Madison, a Republican.

After his 5 year term, Jefferson returned home. Every single one of his slaves also returned. All preferred American slavery to French freedom.

Iowa Legislator Wants Party Registration Balance in University Faculty Hiring 

Who is smarter, the rich or the poor? Who is more likely to vote Republican, the rich or the poor? The rich are too intelligent to teach. The lower functioning, left wing faculty is merely reporting on the achievements of the intelligent rich to their students, no matter the subject matter. Forcing universities to find greater balance would force them to hire achievers, instead of the all the left wing losers now indoctrinating our kids into failed Communism, for nervy, exorbitant tuition.

I doubt such a law would be found constitutional, especially in any state affiliated university. I spent three great years at the University of Iowa. It was a kind of paradise of Americana. I rarely encountered left wing ideology, mostly technical learning took place. More recently, University of Iowa has made the news for left wing politically correct policies.

I suggest another approach than this legislation. It is likely to be constitutional. Punish the universities by slowing, decreasing and withholding funds until the administration is replaced by a more patriotic crew. The legislature can tell the courts, there is just not enough money to go around. They will quietly purge the faculty of partisans disloyal to our American values.

The same tactic should be done at the federal level. End the "in your face" threats of the Trump administration, put in office to clean up;

1) start to stealthily squeeze funding to all disloyal jurisdictions, universities, and other institutions receiving government funding. There is no reason the government has to fund people who want to take down this country. Make the checks later and later, smaller and smaller, and then not coming at all;

2) use the power of audits and regulatory oversight. Given the millions of rules, these have a 100% chance of finding violations;

3) litigation to deter discrimination against current targeted groups;

4) start to impeach appellate judges for their rulings, and not for trivial collateral corruptions;

5) target disloyal legislators, funding primary challengers, Tea party style.

Name Mispronunciation as a Micro-Aggression and a  Evidence of Bias

I suggest an alternative scheme.

Eventually, this idea will be enforced in judge made law and precedent setting. Schools may face ruinous litigation for the mispronunciation of a name. Today, employers face the same for an off color joke at work. Both employers and school systems are mere pipelines from the tax payer and consumer to the pockets of lawyers, mostly, with some crumbs going to injured plaintiffs.

I propose that the naming of a child with an unusual or difficult to pronounce name be deemed evidence of child neglect. The same should go for misspelled names. Hospitals delivering children should assist parents to spell names correctly. The name is Antoine, not Antwan. The French province is called Brittany, not Britney.  It is established that people with such names are less likely to be hired or to be admitted into schools. They are a signal for bad attitudes, low performance ability, and dangerousness, wrongly or correctly. This problem is a problem of the American South, not of blacks alone. The Spears family is white, but from the South. It says, raised by parents who do not know how to spell.

Based of the great economic performance of African immigrants in the 2010 Census, a really impossible to pronounce name, with tongue clicks and other impossible sounds is associated with a great employment prospect, and a curve busting student. So that is likely to result in a form of reverse bias, and superior performance.
